Oversee All Daily Operations Associated With Running 7+ Landscape Install Crews To Include Scheduling, Equipment Maintenance, Employee Management, Safety, Administrative Functions, Maintaining Relationships With Residential & Commercial Customers, Etc. Work Closely With Lead Estimator & Vp Of Company To Ensure High Quality Landscape Installs & Profitability Of Jobs. Review Job Statuses Daily With Landscape Foreman & Check On Jobsites Daily To Ensure Productivity & Quality. Meet With Customers/attend Jobsite Meetings Regarding Jobsite Progress, Concerns/questions, Warranty Issues, Etc. Hold Weekly Safety Meetings With Crews & Attend Weekly Meetings With Management. Review Job Costing Reports To Ensure Profitability Of Jobs, Review Any Possible Issues With Pricing With Vp & Lead Estimator. This Job Requires A Strong Work Ethic & Someone Who Is A Self-starter. The Right Person Is A Proactive Leader, Who Enjoys Interacting With Clients & Fellow Associates. They Will Demonstrate Role Model Behaviors In Ethics And Integrity As Well As Positively Promoting Company Culture. Must Have: - 5+yrs Overseeing 3 Or More Landscape Crews. - Bachelor's Degree In Horticulture, Ag Science, Landscape Architecture Or Related Field - Proficient With Microsoft Word, Excel, Email Applications, Etc. - Ability To Read And Follow Blueprints - Knowledge Of Irrigation Systems - Able To Lift/carry 50+lbs & Stand On Feet All Day - Experienced In Running Heavy Equipment, Especially Skid Steers, Trenchers, Mini-ex's, Etc - Bilingual (Spanish) A Plus - Nc Registered Landscape Contractor, Nc Licensed Irrigation Contractor & Nc Licensed Pesticide Is A Plus If Interested, Please Contact Meredith Croom At 910-353-0326 Or Email: Grantscreeknursery@yahoo.com Thank You!
